Pakistan’s T20 and ODI Squad announced for West Indies Tour 2017

Pakistan Cricket Board announced T20 and ODI squad of Pakistan for the Upcoming Tour of West Indies. Many senior players axed from the squad.



Chief Selector Inzamam ul Haq addressed a press conference in Lahore in which he announced Pakistan’s limited overs squads. Pakistan will play 4 T20s, 3 ODIs and 3 Tests in the Tour. Test squad will be announced later.

Many senior players axed from the T20 and ODI squad due to fitness issues. Umar Akmal, Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif dropped from both T20 and ODI squads while Mohammad Amir will be rested for T20s but he will play in the ODIs. Former ODI skipper Azhar Ali also not picked in the final squad.

Senior players Ahmed Shehzad and Kamran Akmal make their way back into the Pakistan squad while Talented youngsters from recently concluded PSL also picked by the selectors. Shadab Khan, Rumman Raees and Usman Khan Shinwari will showcase their skills and Talent.
